Nina's parents arrive for a visit from her hometown while she focuses on her music career with the band. Feeling overwhelmed, she initially flees but ultimately gives in to everyone's pleas to come back home. When she attempts to share her feelings with her father, he remains unable to understand her point of view. The following day, he decides to take her back to her former high school.
