S3E6 November Five

Title: November Five Plot: After winning the election, Michael Dyter, the newly appointed Member of Parliament for South-East Anglia, is gunned down right after delivering his victory speech, during which he hinted at unveiling a significant government scandal. Steed suspects that the scandal revolves around the recent disappearance of a nuclear warhead in the vicinity of London. This raises the question: was Dyter silenced to prevent him from revealing the truth, and if so, who orchestrated his assassination?
