Meanwhile, a couple on a date believes they're perfectly in sync until the waiter’s timing disrupts their flow. One man raps about his new mansion, revealing he rents out parts to cover the costs. Vance's friends are surprised to learn he actually knows his neighbor's name—unusual for city dwellers. At NBI headquarters, Special Agent Dan Tully, tasked with investigating human rights complaints, finds himself uncovering a different side of the agency's work involving secret paranormal investigations.
