A heated argument over a parking ticket results in the arrest of a chook farmer, the loss of some chickens, and the mysterious vanishing of a parking inspector. As they investigate, they uncover the farmer's secret life and a host of individuals with motives against the strict inspector. When a wedding celebrant arrives and catches Nick baking a wedding cake, the Heelers finally connect the dots to reveal the truth.
