Following the escape of a sex offender from prison, Jonesy steps in to assist a frightened family searching for their young daughter. Meanwhile, Kelly, with Joss’s support, is determined to gather evidence of a sexual assault against a female shop assistant. As the situation escalates and the fugitive is implicated in a murder, Amy discovers she’ll be collaborating with her ex-boyfriend, Homicide Detective Garth Henderson. Their efforts take a dark turn when a body is discovered, horrifically murdered at Govett's Leap, complicating their investigation further.
