A dog walker discovers a man in the woods, his face horrifically burned and evidence suggesting he was strangled. Strangely, the year 1991 is carved into his chest. Just days later, another body is unearthed, this one also bearing a number etched into its skin. Is there a serial killer on the loose in Antwerp? The city seems to be in desperate need of Professor T’s expertise.
