S4E1 The Magic Hour

Joy manages to trick Make-A-Wish into arranging for a celebrity to visit her trailer, prompting Earl to recall a wish he had taken from a terminally ill child. Feeling guilty, he decides to make amends. However, upon visiting the boy's home, he discovers that Buddy has defied all medical predictions and is still alive. Excited, Buddy enlists Earl to create his own movie, leading to a wild filming adventure that involves the entire Camden County community. To everyone's astonishment, Randy shines in his newfound acting role, earning enthusiastic praise.
