After the death of his brother, Jack makes his return. Meanwhile, Joe grows concerned about how HMOs might affect his medical practice and starts selling products from his doorstep. In another turn of events, Billy's friend arrives at the hospital for a heart transplant but unexpectedly ends up undergoing an experimental procedure when the hospital mistakenly receives the wrong organ.
