S5E13 Spectre of the Gun

A violent assault on City Hall brings back haunting memories for Rene concerning his family. Through flashbacks, viewers see his transformation from an ordinary family man to the vigilante known as Wild Dog. At the same time, Oliver grapples with the mastermind behind the attack and comes to understand that confronting this threat requires him to step up as Mayor Queen rather than the Green Arrow. With emotions running high, the atmosphere in the Arrow bunker becomes increasingly charged.
