As Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead get ready for their first day as teachers at Riverdale High, Veronica surprises everyone by introducing her husband Chad, who has arrived unexpectedly. Meanwhile, Archie and Toni face a financial crisis and seek assistance from Cheryl to revive the football and cheerleading squads. In a different part of town, Betty, Kevin, and Alice pursue a lead after discovering that Polly might be in a precarious situation.
