Violet's upscale cookout is on the verge of chaos as she and Bruce engage in heated disputes. To distract the guests from their tumultuous bickering, Hyacinth attempts to initiate a sing-along. Later, she heads to a rehearsal for "The Boy Friend," eager to lend her talents to Emmet and get involved in the production.
