George has made a delightful new companion in the city named Compass, a homing pigeon belonging to the Doorman, who resides on the rooftop. However, Compass struggles with navigation. When the Man informs George that pigeons aren’t allowed in the apartment, George takes it upon himself to create a cozy home for Compass on their balcony, ultimately choosing a tree as the ideal shelter. As he embarks on this project, George quickly realizes that constructing a tree is far more complicated than he anticipated. He wonders, where do trees in nature actually come from?
