Bill persuades Linda to trust his guidance over Judy's, encouraging her to allow her fiancé to chase his dream of creating a music video, even though he hasn’t penned the song yet. Initially, Judy relishes the break now that her sister is turning to Bill for counsel. However, her relief quickly turns to chaos when Perry opts to delay their wedding and blow their budget on the music video instead. Meanwhile, Brian consents to let Lauren revamp his look to attract a girl, but the makeover takes a disastrous turn, resulting in him losing half an eyebrow.
