This morning, Spencer arrives with a bag full of colorful paper but is uncertain how to use it. Miss Hoolie suggests he go see Archie, who has some creative ideas for making party hats and a kite tail. Ultimately, they decide to collaborate on creating a book. Suzie believes the book would serve as a fantastic photo album for the nursery kids, a keepsake to remember their seal trip. Penny provides Spencer with some cameras, and he and the children rush down to the harbor to catch a boat. They have an amazing day and create an incredible photo album.
