When J.D. discovers Dan spending time with Elliot, Turk suggests he leverage the "hurt brother" tactic to drive them apart, similar to how he manipulates Carla with his diabetes. However, J.D. soon comes to the realization that he isn't actually hurt. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso form an alliance with a shared goal: to make life difficult for their mutual adversary, Dr. Clock.
