A witch accidentally leaves behind a peculiar invention at Oggy's home: an enchanted telescope. When the cockroaches take it for a spin, they unexpectedly balloon to enormous proportions, leading to chaos as they manage to shrink Oggy, Bob, and Jack down to size.
