In a dilapidated apartment building set for demolition, the last remaining tenants face an unimaginable nightmare. A cannibal cult, led by a menacing figure known as "The Woman," lays siege to their home, intent on inflicting terror and suffering before claiming their lives. Isolated from the outside world, the tenants struggle to survive against relentless hunters.
