Nearly two years have passed since the quiet town of Santa Carla was terrorized by the psychotic Cameron Crowe. Rumors swirl that he perished in a fire of his own making, leading residents to believe they were finally safe. However, darkness looms as Crowe returns, intent on unleashing chaos once more.
