Change of Life (1967)

Adelino returns to his Portuguese fishing village after serving in the Angolan War of Independence, only to discover that his beloved has wed his brother. Consumed by resentment, he leaves in search of work in the countryside, where he encounters Albertina, a vibrant and unconventional young woman. Her adventurous spirit inspires Adelino to reconsider his path and embrace the possibility of transformation. As their connection deepens, he faces the challenge of letting go of his past and embracing a new future.
