Lucero Hogaza León, widely known simply as Lucero, was born on August 29, 1969, in Mexico City, Mexico. She has established herself as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry as a singer, songwriter, actress, and television presenter. Her remarkable talent has earned her the title "La Novia De America," and she is celebrated throughout Latin America. With over 22 million records sold globally, Lucero stands as a multi-platinum artist, performing in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Her career began at a young age when she secured a role in the beloved children’s program "Alegrias de Mediodia" in 1982, at just 13 years old. Since then, Lucero has released numerous hit albums, many of which have reached the top of Latin music charts, including the Billboard Charts in the United States. She made her film debut in the leading role of "Coqueta" and has appeared in seven movies throughout her career.
