Hassanat Piniwat is a Thai-American-Chinese singer and actor. Born in Bangkok and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand, he is the cousin of actor Chaiyapol Julien Poupart. His early education took place at Montfort College before he moved on to the Thai-Chinese bilingual school Chongfah Xinseng Wanish Bamrung. When he set aside table tennis to pursue performing, he transitioned to a GED program and later studied at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce’s Faculty of Communication Arts.

As a youth, Piniwat was a competitive table tennis player, representing District 5 in the northern region. He placed second runner-up in a national tournament. After being benched, he pivoted from athletics to entertainment, starting with minor extra roles. His big break came in 2017 when he landed his first leading role in the series *2Moons*. The following year, he joined the recurring cast of his first Chinese series, *Cinderella Chef*.

In February 2018, Piniwat debuted as a vocalist with the boy group SBFIVE, which disbanded in 2020. He left Star Hunter Entertainment in 2023 and signed with Studio Wabi Sabi. Originally named Suradet Srithongnopphawong, he changed his surname early in his career and adopted the first name Hassanat in 2024.
